Loved our newly remodelled rooms.
The hotel was located just off Napoli, and a safe area, near a lot of interesting points of Naples, to Piazza del Plebiscito, to Castel sell Ouvo. The staff was affable and around most of the time. We got a room with a tub. The venue was in a very central location right next to the main shopping center.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, with easy access to all the major attractions. The apartment was beautifully decorated and made incredible use of space. The shower was the best I've ever experienced. Barbara, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided a guide to local attractions. The immediate response to a maintenance issue was jaw-dropping. Barbara's flexibility with our travel plans was super helpful. The housekeeping team kept the flat immaculate. The historic and ridiculously enormous door added to the charm. Barbara's effort to speak English was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!

Great location with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. the apartment was spotless and the cleaning service was unexpected but appreciated. the mini kitchenette had all the necessary equipment for making breakfast and snacks.
The kitchen was a bit cramped and difficult to use, as you had to slide a table out to access the sink. the couch bed took up space in the already small apartment, making it feel a bit crowded.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The staff, especially Barbara, was kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better was if there were more variety in the options.
